Kevin Hampton, known to many as Mr. Kevin and ADHD LEE.

Kevin founded 3F Strategies in 2019. He also founded Built By ADHD and created MATH CLASS. He has spent 39 years in real estate. For 26 of those years, he has used his knowledge of real estate and construction to train people coming home from incarceration and from low-income communities.
Where 3F came from
Kevin was diagnosed with ADHD at 44. One of the first suggestions he got was to work with a coach. That coach was Mark Susnow.
Mark asked Kevin to take time to think about who he is and what he brings to the world, and to write a mission statement for himself. Kevin's answer was three words: Flexibility, Freedom and Fulfillment. Flexibility is movement. Freedom is choice. Fulfillment is purpose.
Those three words became how Kevin learned to work with his own brain. Everything 3F Strategies does today, from coaching to workforce training to construction, grew out of that one mission statement. It starts with the mind, and everything else follows.
Three generations
Louis Hampton, Willie Hampton, Kevin Hampton.
3F Strategies has a name, but the way it works is older than the name. It comes from the teachings of Kevin's grandfather, Louis Hampton, an entrepreneur who owned the first Black-owned shoeshine shop in Richmond, California, and his father, Willie Hampton. Their lessons shaped how Kevin runs a job site and how he treats the people on it.
Since the late '80s, Kevin has given a chance to anyone willing to work hard, including immigrant workers whose opportunities were few. Many of their children now run large construction companies of their own. He has never turned someone away for where they came from, and 3F Strategies never will.
Today, young men are climbing the ranks on job sites using the same methods. When Kevin sat down with Mark Susnow to write his mission statement, he was putting words to what his family had always done.

The coach who started it all.
Mark was a great force in Kevin's life. He helped Kevin see who he was and what he had to offer, and that work became the foundation of 3F Strategies.
Kevin was coached before he ever became a coach. Every client he works with today carries a piece of what Mark gave him.
